Jukka-Pekka Spets is the founder and CEO of RoI² Ltd and the developer of the Brand Demand Scan methodology and the RoI² decision intelligence framework. He works at the intersection of strategic marketing, causal measurement, and commercial decision-making.

BDS and RoI² were not built in response to market demand. They were built from an inability to tolerate decision-making without proper causal measurement structure. The frameworks exist because the alternative, optimising proxies and allocating from attribution, produces structurally predictable errors.

The work at RoI² Ltd is built on thirty years of cross-domain professional practice spanning strategic marketing, executive leadership, graphic design, photography, and web development. The methodological approach reflects a systems-first perspective developed across fields where measurement quality determines outcome quality.

The core sales barrier for BDS and RoI² is well understood: buying them requires implicitly acknowledging prior structural failures in measurement and decision-making. That triggers identity-threat rather than analytical curiosity in most buyers. The frameworks are built for the minority who approach it as the latter.

The constraint is not data. It is the question being asked of it.

Standard analytics platforms are built to measure the population that arrived. They do this accurately. The structural problem is that the question most businesses need answered, how much of the available market did we reach, requires measuring the population that did not arrive.

That data exists. It is in search performance records. It is not being read because standard reporting frameworks were not designed to surface it. BDS is the instrument that surfaces it. RoI² is the architecture that acts on it.

The work is not about improving existing marketing. It is about replacing the measurement instrument from which marketing decisions are made.
